Zydrunas Ilgauskas is a Lithuanian basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the NBA. He was drafted in the 1st round (20th overall) by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 1996. Ilgauskas stands 7' 3" (2.21 m), making him currently the second-tallest NBA player, after the Houston Rockets' Yao Ming, and he weighs 260 pounds. Ilgauskas, a fan favorite who is mostly referred to by teammates, fans, and local media as "Z", has established himself as a consistent scorer, scoring 14.4 ppg over 627 career games (through February 2008). Ilgauskas is a good rebounder (7.9 rpg, 3.2 offensive) and shot-blocker (1.8 blocks per game). His assists-per-game average was at its highest at 1.6 during the 2006-2007 season. He is also an established outside and foul shooter.
